Subprocessors

SeenShift is operated by Functioning System by Jérémie Cotti. To run the service, we rely on a small number of third parties that process data on our behalf. This page names the legal entity behind each one, says what it does, and states where the data is stored. It is referenced by our privacy policy and our terms of service, and it was last updated on 31 August 2026.

A “subprocessor” is a company we engage to process personal data so that we can provide SeenShift to you. We share your data with one only for the purpose described in its section below.

Supabase, Inc.

Supabase, Inc. stores your account, your monitors, and the results SeenShift produces for you. That data is stored in Zurich, Switzerland. The company is incorporated in the United States, and because it can access the data it holds for us, we have standard contractual clauses in place with it.

Infomaniak Network SA

Infomaniak Network SA provides the servers that run SeenShift, carries out the automated checks some monitors need, and hosts the seenshift.app mailbox we use when we reply to you by hand. That data is stored in Switzerland, and the company is incorporated in Switzerland, so it does not leave the country.

Resend, Inc.

Resend, Inc. sends the transactional email the service produces, meaning sign-in messages, account messages, and the alerts you asked for, so it receives your email address and the content of those messages. It processes that data in the United States, where the company is incorporated, and we have standard contractual clauses in place with it.

PostHog, Inc.

PostHog, Inc. receives the limited product and reliability analytics described in our privacy policy, which do not identify you by name or email address. That data is stored in Frankfurt, Germany. The company is incorporated in the United States, and we have standard contractual clauses in place with it.

Lemon Squeezy, LLC

Lemon Squeezy, LLC processes your subscription and payment as the merchant of record, so it receives the billing details you give it, and we never receive or store your full card details. It processes that data in the United States, where the company is incorporated, and we have standard contractual clauses in place with it.

Cloudflare, Inc.

Cloudflare, Inc. runs the Turnstile check that keeps automated abuse off our public forms, so it receives technical information from your browser when you use one of those forms. It processes that data on its global network, the company is incorporated in the United States, and we have standard contractual clauses in place with it.

GitHub, Inc.

GitHub, Inc. signs you in when you choose GitHub sign-in, so it handles that sign-in and confirms your identity to us. It processes that data in the United States, where the company is incorporated, and we have standard contractual clauses in place with it.

Google LLC

Google LLC signs you in when you choose Google sign-in, so it handles that sign-in and confirms your identity to us. It processes that data in the United States, where the company is incorporated, and we have standard contractual clauses in place with it.

Where your data is stored and how it is protected

Switzerland. Your account, your monitors, and the results SeenShift produces for you are stored in Switzerland, by Supabase, Inc. and Infomaniak Network SA.

European Union. The limited analytics are stored in Frankfurt, Germany, by PostHog, Inc.

Mutual recognition. Switzerland, the European Union, and the United Kingdom each recognise the others as providing an adequate level of protection for personal data, so your data moving among these places needs no further safeguard.

United States. Several of the providers above are incorporated in the United States, which does not have that mutual recognition, so for each of them we have standard contractual clauses in place, alongside the technical measures described in our privacy policy.

What we do not share

SeenShift does not sell or rent personal data, and we do not share it for advertising. Lemon Squeezy handles card details directly, so we never receive or store them. The analytics we send to PostHog use a random identifier that is separate from your account, and they do not include your email address, the pages you monitor, or what your monitors watch for.

Changes to this list

If we add or replace a subprocessor, or engage a new provider that would receive your data, we will update this page before that provider begins processing your data, and we will update the date above when we do.
